Tonight's dinner: I tried making #vegan okonomiyaki 🥬🥕 The flavour was there, absolutely fantastic, also made tonkatsu sauce to go with it 😋 but the consistency wasn't right, very soft, too soft 🤔 Don't think I have stove strong enough to fry it really nice & crispy 🤷🏻 #cooking #trialanderror

My everyday work breakfast (I get up at 5:15am, but don't eat till after 9am): blended oats (banana, oats, soy milk, date syrup & sometimes cocoa powder) topped with various frozen fruit & bit of granola/seeds mix for crunch 🌱😋 Keeps me full for a good while! #vegan #plantbased #breakfast

It's expensive to travel between the USA & Ireland - you would think that with so many family ties etc they would make it more affordable... Ireland is indeed beautiful, especially the south west part, but I'm biased 😉
