Clicked the spellcheck thing on MSWord to go through the issues it was highlighting and it did like an advanced grammar check so now the entire thing looks like this

A snippet of a letter confirming the success of my vasectomy. The letter explains that;

"This gentleman underwent a post vasectomy semen analysis on 6th March 2025. I am pleased to report that no sperms have been seen. This is very reassuring. At this stage I can recommend that he can stop contraception and he is being discharged back to yourself. Yours sincerely"

The letter has been cropped to remove any identifying information.
