DOMINION RATE HIKE UPDATE: A settlement was approved by the Public Service Commission as of July 2. Residential rates will increase by 7.62% (about $11.97 a month). This is a 40% reduction from the initially proposed 12.73% (nearly $20). Will take effect during the next billing cycle. Details: (1/2)
