This is so senseless. Biddeford, Maine is not a big city. It’s a small, quiet town. His name was Joan Sebastian Guerrero. He was 26 years old and had a family, living in a Northern Town. ICE is not making anyone safer. This is so incredibly wrong!

Great Fireworks in Maine! Happy Independence Day!

I wasn’t able to get to Victoria, Truro 🇨🇦 & finish in time. The Google Map showed its old location. I scrambled & made it to the parkrun. It’s a very pretty woodland. But, has several paths that looked very similar & all the markings had been picked up. I got lost, but found my way to the end. 😭

Chain of Lakes parkrun 🇨🇦 was quite lovely! The day was a real scorcha, but I managed to keep a consistent pace from start to finish. It is an out & back paved path that is slight more uphill on the way back than it is going out. The 5K Cafe is very close to the start & offers a variety of treats. 💛

Exactly what had been wrong with The Reflecting Pool? I went to DC at the end of the Biden Administration & had walked along The Reflecting Pool from the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial. It was a beautiful walk. It’s so sad to see the state that it is in now. The People need a refund!

I truly do. The Obama Presidential Center opening was like a breath of fresh air. I hope it’s a sign of what’s to come.
