Seriously, how about that filling in Capital One ? If it was Biden, the GOP would be melting down right now. You would be hearing about it every single time you switch on Fox News and the GOP would be all over the place to talk about it. Trump ? not a word.

The global energy market is anticipating Saudi Aramco's financial results for the first half of 2026, scheduled for August 4th. Expectations are that the results will reflect the company's continued strong financial performance, supported by rising oil prices during this period. Aljazira Capital forecasts a 39.7% increase in the company's net profit for the second quarter compared to the same period in 2025.

Aramco reported a net income of SAR 122.0 billion (USD 32.5 billion) for the first quarter of 2026, a 25.1% increase compared to the same period last year. Adjusted net income rose to SAR 126.0 billion (USD 33.6 billion), a 26.2% increase, driven by a rise in revenues and other sales-related income to SAR 467.2 billion.

Newly released files show convicted paedophile Jeffrey Epstein and Steve Bannon, former strategist for US President Donald Trump, discussing far-right British activist Tommy Robinson.

On 3 July 2019, Epstein shared an article with Bannon, known to be a Robinson ally, reporting that the activist had been found guilty of contempt of court for live-streaming defendants accused of sexually abusing young girls in a 2018 trial.

Bannon replied, calling Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, the "'backbone of England'".

Epstein replied: "Thats why the pound so low".

Bannon said: "Cheap @ any price".

It's unclear from the messages whether the two were praising Robinson and criticising Britain or mocking the far-right activist.

Bannon had reportedly previously described Robinson as the "backbone" of the country.

LBC radio's political editor Theo Usherwood claimed on 15 July the previous year, 2018, that Bannon said to him off-air after a heated interview: "You fucking liberal elite. Tommy Robinson is the backbone of this country."

In August 2018, when Robinson was released from prison after being held on contempt charges, Epstein had messaged Bannon saying: "Tommy Robinson. !! good work".

Bannon replied, saying: "Thanks".
