Just a regular ol' rocket engine! The third of four RS-25 rocket engines have arrived to @NASAKennedy to be integrated into the Artemis III rocket. Space Launch System uses four RS-25 engines to propel the Orion spacecraft, providing over two million pounds of thrust at liftoff.

Big week for Artemis III 🚀 Just before NASA introduced the Artemis III crew, the SLS solid rocket booster segments arrived in Florida after a six-day rail journey from Utah. Later this year, teams will begin stacking the boosters that create 75% of the thrust needed at launch.

Life inside Orion! The Moon joy was (and continues to be!) contagious as the Artemis II mission flew around the Moon and broke the record for farthest distance traveled from Earth.
During the Artemis II mission, astronauts had a fun time playing around with water in the weightlessness of space. Artemis II was @CSA_ASC astronaut @Astro_Jeremy's first spaceflight — so his crewmates taught him a lot about the physics of water in space.
After carrying the Artemis II crew 694,481 miles around the Moon and back, Orion is home at @NASAKennedy! Inside the Multi-Payload Processing Facility, teams will now inspect the spacecraft, retrieve post flight data, and remove excess fuel and coolant.
