My mom's 5 month old puppy is 52lbs and absolutely convinced she is and will always be a lap dog. She does make a very good weighted blanket.
The face of an Ayda who is 100% done with this shit. For reference on what it takes to get her to this point, one of her daycares let her wear out a 60lb lab cross puppy.
Ayda has been looking into the distance like this every time Sas is being a menace which is like 90% of the time.
Puppy after she decided to jump into my mom's pond because she is a water baby. She is 14 weeks old.
The self regulation squish is actually the cutest thing in the world because it's a lobster, and she gently holds its claw in her mouth when she needs comfort.
This is Fozzie. She likes to sleep under the water bowl so that she doesn't have to move when she gets thirsty. She also tries to flop into the dog food pan while eating because standing is just too much.
This is Kermit. He is very curious and social. He was the first to come snuggle with me.
This locally dyed yarn is knitting up sooooo good. I think this also might be my favorite sock pattern. I have learned that while I enjoy knitting designs on larger needles, and I love how socks with colour work or intricate designs look, I do not enjoy knitting them on size 0 needles.
My dog is terrifyingly smart. I have watched her open this, and it's 100% on purpose. She holds it down on one side with one paw and unscrews it with the other. But usually she likes playing with it so much that she only unscrews it to make sure there's no food left.
I talk to my dogs out loud all the time, and so they end up learning things like "I have a present for you." Ayda doesn't usually try to look in bags, but as soon as I said those words she was all over it.
Ayda likes to use my mom's dog as a base for the toy that she's currently using as a pillow.
It's always this shit that will fuck up my brain the most. Like it's not even a big change in comparison to the rest of the week, but the rapid up/down/up/down is my greatest nemesis.
This turned out fantastic. I like how it looks and feels much better than using a machine sewn hem, and it was so much easier.
I hate hemming pants more than anything, so I decided to take a creative approach and I may never do a real hem to shorten my pants again.
I don't know why I fell for her pathetic faces when I just got this photo from daycare.
Costco day is Ayda's favourite day because she almost always gets a toy.
