I had NHS upper and lower braces in the mid-50s. They were single wire jobs that could be tightened periodically to straighten wonky teeth Very uncomfortable so I took them out at night, although I wasn’t supposed to! #TheArchers Seeing the image brings the horror back. 😱

The tea-dance that Lil and Tony went to is held in the ballroom (with the sprung floor), £60pp. Anyway, it was Strictly’s rehearsal day today so no admission to the public. Sadly, star-spotting would be impossible. #TheArchers
