On tonight’s cooking adventure because I couldn’t be bothered to do it yesterday, made a big Le Creuset of broccoli cheddar soup and then made a “breakfast casserole” from a recipe I saw on Instagram!

Updated my Peek form with some fun, new two-toned snapbacks as well as separating solid beanies from an ABU-styled black/color beanie. Either way, I'm happy to slap patches on any hat you can think of!

And meal prep #2 - Brown butter miso orecchiette (I grew those chives!) and orange chicken

Meal prep #1 - McGriddle breakfast… muffins? I had saved a recipe on Instagram for a McGriddle breakfast cake done in a brownie pan but I wanted easier portioning so I made em into muffins!
