wanted to show off that the Watchers and TDS have basically the same body plan
(just three examples of) what passes for fauna in the plane of Yolsthro: its most ancient denizens, the lemures. In the absence of physiological needs, these (assumed to be) instinctual beings devote themselves to various forms of 'play', often to the chagrin of the more rational newcomers

the rationale i was going with was only the uppermost pair of limbs actively contributed to flight while the rest were just for stability and maneuvering
pair of Legacy of Kain redesigns from several years ago (before all the remasters) i never posted. did away with Raziel's built-in cape because i (selfishly) wanted to preserve the aesthetic of wings, even if what's left of them would still only be good for gliding
among the oldest and most formidable chimeras in the plane of Yolsthro, the ark of a people who refused to be subsumed. it soars aimlessly, interested only in its diminutive conjured sun
incidentally, an encounter with TDS (The Dragon Sungazer) is what led Ssutilei's eventual creators, the so-called Watchers, to take on their present form (previously having looked much like Ssutilei themself) and to found Suniherve, a metropolis surrounding an artificial sun of their own

exciting update, everyone: i made another, and you would not believe the lengths i went to to get her working in-game... no prize for guessing who she was overwhelmingly based on though lmao...
not that i have much to talk about i just oscillate between delusions that the next Fromsoft game will make life feel worth living again and my FFXIV hyperfixation, except this expansion sucks so i've turned it into my monster girl sandbox game through obscene amounts of modding in the meantime...
