this is already getting a lot of dunks, but I appreciate how the malformed speech bubble makes it appear like his own "creation" is calling him lazy
yes, thank you Calibre for installing this ~370MB Microsoft dependency, very good I knew this was happening and haven't done anything about it yet, but fucking yikes ... what even replaces Calibre?
never let it be said I can't do tech if I put my mind to it. I can still feel another good ~0.4s on each of these, but I had to give up because I was losing the edge and my fingers hurt I just aiming for Top <50% to say I'm better than average and I am generally pleased with these results
Labyrinth of Galleria has a genderless/nonbinary class and they look like this. their weapon of choice is a giant hammer also love the cat class that is not anthropomorphic in any way but has a cute little cape
bug feet still qualify as paws. especially cute little tarantula toesies
like look at Blue 12 here, unremarkable dirt canyon. fine enough to play, but it's already gone from memory. then look at Green 10 in the traditional stadium vista. it just feels more fun and summery maybe I'm just a hater
and all the weird NIS humor I've grown to love. items can have a "virgin edge" where they're stronger the first time they're equipped I picked this up in the dungeon, I got a what now???
the story is feeling like it's gonna be a big part, a whole VN component almost. again, classic NIS, darkly cute and endearing with some sharper edges that's me! (the cute green blob, Iunno who this girl is, she seems a bit derpy)
Fool Night, doing a commentary: hey I bet this is painful and unpleasant, right? me: god I bet that feels so good
like a lot of people complain about getting stuck on swimming and even if you don't read the manual, there is so much clearly repeated design language here telling you to jump and burrow, yet people don't read that and it's not /explicitly/ told to you
disabled this option here and it seems to have fixed it, but I'm not sure about that warning. I don't remember if it was enabled before or if this will have an impact in emulators ...
do you see it? I love all the deer that wander through the wild space by the apartment
Post Apocalypse Microbe Lab is great very simple gameplay, don't expect much. but if you want a little desktop buddy where colorful little microbes float about while an android girl fishes for debris, then oh boy! store.steampowered.com/app/3780030/...
oh weird ... I didn't realize that was strange? it's just like ... sausage filling but without the casing? you can get it by the tube come to think of it, I haven't seen it in stores here since I left, but the selection in Estonia is just much, much, much smaller anyways
we are Mina posting, now not sure if I'm ready to place it in my top 10 yet, but it's DEFINITELY top 20 for sure. it may get there, I'm just not ready to give it a full enough review yet (yes I broke down and bought it already, gonna finish that paper on time, don't worry ... I think)
oh, if you meant this, that's just something I did in RetroArch to lock the MAME core so it doesn't update. I've always heard it works best if you have a ROM set that matches the MAME version exactly (0.275 > 0.275) so I made sure to do this, but I don't think it matters as much ...
retroarch installs to /usr/bin/retroarch, but then creates a hidden folder for itself in the hidden .config directory in home (~) all the interesting stuff is there with the config directory having the core specific config files, the core folder containing the actual emulator cores themselves
for example, I remember I had to set libretro_directory = "~/.config/retroarch/cores" and menu_show_core_updater = "true" if I wanted to download cores through the app instead of through the repos (something I chose to do because it gives me slightly more control)
this is, quite honestly, the rudest thing you could possibly do in a topic where someone is trying to identify a specific font from a piece of software in a very specific timeframe. it's an interesting question that involves font nerds and some tech archeology
look at those cronchy sprites and PS1 era polygons/texturing, I could cry
