This guy. I made a terrible dog bed out of an old sheet and some foam scraps, and now that I've replaced it with a proper dog bed, he still prefers the old one. So now I have one dog under my desk, and one next to me. I am so loved. #dogs #writingbuddy

For the past month or so, I've been helping a relative who went through a horrible medical situation. She's recovering, but still needs a lot of support. I go every day and spend at least a few hours at her house, and one thing I really appreciate is the way she has surrounded herself with beauty.

This is Blue. Blue is half blue heeler and half beagle. We adopted him when he was six months old and our daughter LOVED Blue's Clues. Blue is a goober who did not want to get out of bed, and now he's on the internet like this. Same, Blue, same.
