I feel like in modern games something like this would be "patched out" instead of being allowed to exist. A streamer would be killed by this and then scream to get the devs to remove the feature.

I straight up watched Vergil be an entirely different character. There's no way he would say or do what he does in Season 2 in any timeline. The amount of care is so bad even their merch misspelled Vergil's name.

I dont know why but the past 3 days Ive been getting Deja Vu after Deja Vu on repeat. Once it happens my blood pressure drops, I feel slightly queasy and then its over but I know for a fact I dreamt it once many months ago. Even worse I cant explain it without sounding like a fucking lunatic.
Read a Halo book. It had been almost a decade since I last read one of these and I loved this one.
