Here's a site in Lents where the Belmont Goats lived from 2016 to 2018, before they moved to North Portland. The site has started to be developed as "92H," which will one day have 217 residential units in five-story buildings.

These images are from an attempt spearheaded by Stanley Kubrick to show aliens in 2001: A SPACE ODYSSEY. A dancer in a dot-covered body sock moved above a background of more dots. The idea was to suggest the visual of an organic yet alien being. It didn’t work. 1/3

I re-read Kevin Smith’s DAREDEVIL: GUARDIAN DEVIL (art by Joe Quesada and Jim Palmiotti) for the first time in maybe 20 years. Not only does it hold up, it might be my favorite of Smith’s works about faith — and I like DOGMA a lot, so that’s saying something.
