So a few weeks ago my wife and I went to see No Other Choice (very fun movie) and while watching it I somehow became entranced with the process of making paper, and I needed to do it myself. Anyway just today I finished my first batch! Details in the alt text.

That's not what the article says though! Sectoral bargaining is effective because the union is the exclusive bargaining agent. This article says multiple unions should compete under one employer, which means no union has negotiating power, strike power, etc. It's the inverse of sectoral bargaining.
There is not a single country that has Minority Unionism, which would completely devastate unions by removing their right to exclusively bargain. Like maybe you or the author could have spoken to people who actually know labor instead of writing garbage like this:
