text: so sick of seeing these same faces that should hve been thrown into the dustbin of history a long time ago, but are rehbilitated time and again.

Idgaf what he says on Pstine. Dude spent the last decade pushing the conspiracy theory that Syrian's gassed themselves (in order to elicit foreign intervention that never materialized), smearing Syrian first responders and medical workers and legitimizing their mrder, and essentially advocated for the wholesale destruction of Syrian areas and communities that rose up against Assad in the guise of a war on terror. Dude perfectly mirrored zi@n!st rhetoric and discourses and so did so many others when it came to Syria, which has always been a major contradiction within a lot of solidarity movements that no one wants to address - cause infighting and priorities. But I rly think the hypocrisy is a major weakness and a betrayal to the supposed values that ppl claim to uphold.

If youre against bmbing hospitals, you should be against it regardless of who does it. same wth kling journalists, dissidents, children - whole populations!

And plz dont come at me with the same tired narratives that it was all a regime change plot. ive heard then all before. ofc after 2014 the revolution had largely been crushed and those who could keep fighting the rgime were backed by foreign powers. but dont try to whitewash supporting mss mrder on a scale we hd never seen before (until v recently) by your narratives of legitimacy of the assad rgme, or the axis of rstance (which seem to be doing fine without that regime).

If you care about the ppl of bilad al sham, you care about all of them, none are dispensable. I will never forgive Roger Waters or ppl like him for what theyve done, what theyve said, and who they revealed themselves to be.
