Well I’m finally awake I think. Arrived in Iowa City yesterday at 1:30am. I left State College Sunday afternoon. Pampered my car and went to Club Car Wash! I got the MVP!

You know what the best part about losing weight is? You can freely move your body and not get tired. I did not workout today. Yet the amount of exercise minutes/calories burned today is comparable to my actual workout days! I did so much walking around at work and then cleaned right away at home!

Decided to get solo breakfast at my favorite spot! The Naked Egg Cafe in State College. If you ever visit, go there. Seriously. And it’s a scenic view of the mountains on the way there. ♥️

I figured I should test out my new shoes so I went to Ross to shop🤣 Feet feel good still after moving around for an hour. Also, who tf let me buy this Hydro Flask Growler?!

After what felt like forever, I treated myself to new shoes. These are the Nike Structure Plus. Pricey, but when you have shit feet, you gotta shell out the funds. They feel amazing. Especially on my one flat foot!!!!! Left foot is high arch. I want to walk more and needed a good support shoe.

FOR THE FIRST TIME IN 13 YEARS IM NO LONGER PREDIABETIC. I’m in disbelief. Both my parents and sister have diabetes. My dad had all toes amputated. I’m strongly predisposed to diabetes. You can see on the graphs the drastic drop.
