I made some lentil bread. It’s not a sandwich bread substitute, but if you heat the little slices up and top them with cheese, tomato, whatever it’s not bad at all! Works great for a nutritious low carb food 🍽️

Lucid Soule had a fantastic 20th anniversary reunion show at Mid-City Ballroom in Baton Rouge last weekend. We always felt ignored in our city, which didn’t seem to care much about original music. So it was gratifying to have a great turnout for such a special night.
