Algal bloom on the pond at Inverleith Park yesterday. First photo was at lunchtime. By late afternoon (second photo) it was blue sky and sunny.

Disaster 😩 Omar Khayyam at Haymarket has closed. Sometime in the very early 80s it was the first Indian restaurant I ever went to. I spent many a happy evening in the OK Corral and now it’s gone. 😢
I went to this talk about Forensic Medicine at the Royal College of Physicians last night. The talk was enjoyable but my favourite part was when a picture of a telegram was shown and the presenter said, that for the young people present, think of a telegram as a text message delivered by Deliveroo 😀
