Behold! This is 'Park's Whopper Improved '. It delivered! Whipped up some Avgolemono (Greek lemon chicken soup) with my garden vegetables. It was the perfect accompaniment 🤌🏼
This is a Parks Whopper Improved. I had to pick it because it was going to split. Weighs in at 1lb! It's been weird weather for gardeners!

💔This whole thread breaks my heart. I live with my 89yo mother & we live off her SS. Her retirement pays for her supplemental BSCS. I haven't worked in 7yrs. Thank goodness we garden. We're saving up for a greenhouse I can set up in the garage this winter. This isn't living with dignity. 🥺
This is my neighbor...The Unimower....😎 It's 90° with 75% humidity. He LOVES to cut his grass down to 1/2" twice a week. Gotta love him!

Butternut squash ravioli w/broccoli spinach & a sage brown butter. This was delicious!
Decided to do some 'sundried' tomatoes in my Emeril oven(which I love). Bigger haul than I expected on peppers!
When you can't use all the squash you harvest & your neighbors are picky... you improvise.
"sPAW" days are always relaxing. It's hard work to be this handsome! 💕
I'm gonna have to brown bag these maters. Five days of no sun & rain. No end in sight. So if my 8 🍅plants get blight from all the rain & humidity, at least my toil was worth the effort. There's probably 4 dozen more (3 varieties) ripening on the vine & they're gorgeous!

Does anyone know what predator would take the whole nest? I looked for it on the ground & it was nowhere to be found. There were 3 babies.😐
The vegetable section of the garden is done! Tomorrow I plant all the herbs & patio plants (2 flats).
The sad thing is their base loves this juvenile display. They think it's clever. 🤦♀️ It's not RPG. It's real life!
