Late afternoon with an Old Fashioned on my front porch. If you zoom in you can see the Little Free Library I built on the corner. I put a shelf in it for kids books and every day kids stop by to browse it.

Winter in Puerto Pinasco is delightful. It’s not a big tourist town, still has the feel of a Mexican village. No big hotels, but there are condos along the beach. The beach feels empty much of the time.
Met this one on a hike in Alaska. My daughter and the mama grizzly’s cub were behind me.
Shore Acres is one of the most spectacular places to view huge swells! And when it’s quiet it can be so peaceful as in this pic of “In A Landscape” concert on the bluff at Shore Acres.
