We're opening a top notch gig tonight at The Rigger in Stoke. There was a tiny blip this morning when the venue had to look for a replacement sound guy, but we're all good. My band has played this venue many times so we know when to panic or not. And this was not a panic moment.
We all knew this was coming; the people who spent more years than we care to remember stirring up hatred, division & violence on our streets are now afraid of the imaginary consequences of their own actions. If they really are 'victims' then they should act more afraid & stay away from us.
I'm actually making a start on that remix I planned to start, um...last week 🙃 Just getting some basic signature stuff off the ground before really fucking things up later.
My band is playing The Rigger @ Newcastle Under Lyme in a couple of weeks time. Lineup: Reliquia + Dierotica + The Glass House Museum. £6 for tickets at the link below, £10 on the door. Be there or be any geometric shape you wish. www.gigantic.com/reliquia-tic...
Not long until I drop this odd little bird of a track. Then I'll be staring at a remix project for a few days, hoping I'll finally decide wtf I'm going to do. Because that's how executive dysfunction works. 'We're Not In Kansas Anymore' will be available Friday 3rd June on Bandcamp & Subvert.
Even a broken clock is broken most of the time, right? Quirky nonsense from yours truly coming soon.
They're making the Reflecting Pool match the current administration's gene pool.
Finally heard back from my son who's recently come back from Bulgaria after representing Great Britain in an archery championship. He brought back a silver medal, guys. And in 5 weeks time he's off to Rome to kick more archery ass.
'C0RR1NN3' is now available as a download from Bandcamp & Subvert. And of course, there's a video that goes with it on YouTube! BUY ON BANDCAMP: codenamelola.bandcamp.com/track/c0rr1nn3 BUY ON SUBVERT: www.subvert.fm/codenamelola... WATCH THE VIDEO: www.youtube.com/watch?v=ijlF...
It's like something out of a Viz cartoon. New staff warning poster outside my office has landed; we're now at risk of getting fucked up by angry geese. Yet another reason to work from home - my wild bird attack count for my living room desk remains a comforting zero.
A lot has happened already this year. Above all, I really wish I could've unread that 'fungal lung infection from drinking anime girl foot juice' was a thing right before I had to sleep.
The third and final 'Name Trilogy' single is coming next week, so I had to quickly cobble together an appropriate trailer video for it. Released June 5th 2026, available on Bandcamp and Subvert. Badabing.
RELEASE NEWS: 'C0RR1NN3', the third & final of my 'name trilogy' tracks will be released on the 5th of June on Bandcamp.
Big 69th birthday shout out to Susan Ballion from Southwark, UK. I bet she got up to all sorts of trouble back in the day, bless her.
Please remember that it is our god given British right to complain about the weather...
"Untie the Kingdom march in Lon Don This photo is PROOF that British Patriots want are country back… millions of peeple. liebour isn’t ready for this!"
The band had been up to sketchy goth nonsense on Saturday in Cannock...
'Rio' is 44 years old today, I still have my copy on vinyl. I mean, it's in a proper shit state, but I still have it...
There's always a bloody reason on the internet to not date a musician...
Important context to consider tonight while Keunsberg is practically dripping wet & dryhumping the furniture at us about how well reform are doing tonight; everything is a gain when you were basically nonexistent 4 years ago.
The video for my CODENAME:LOLA track "L0R3L31" will be aired by @emptyveetv.bsky.social on Wednesday, May 6 at 5pm ET / 9pm GMT / 10pm BST at twitch.tv/eMpTyVeeTV! The replay of the program will be on Sunday, May 10 at Noon ET / 4pm GMT / 5pm BST.
Whoever is in charge of the TV guide for LG smart TV's fancies themselves as a (mediocre) comedian.
Fun fact: The Cure's debut album artwork was simply the front garden of a random house on Woodside in Telford, with the background airbrushed out.
Yeah, I'm just going to keep winding up the tension... the uber talented John Mooney, the man behind the instruments in the darkwave project JOHNATHAN|CHRISTIAN laid down some very cinematic piano for my forthcoming single.
