At the end of Family Soft's love sim "Asu wa Koishite ~Prime Beat Planet~", the player is asked to type the name of the heroine they want to confess to. If you type the kanji for "Fujisaki Shiori", the game will tell you, "This is not Tokimemo".

I completely overlooked this but there's a page in here promoting "Colorful Harmony", an unreleased Red-Zone SLG for Windows that was set to release on 4/27/2001!
I finished Kano Kirishima's dream route in AIR! I loved this route's exploration of maturity & grief. It really hurt to learn about its heart-wrenching twists! After how much closure this route had I'm convinced Misuzu's story is far from over! Next up, Minagi's route! #BaustAir
I've been keeping focus on "AIR" for now & it's great! I played it at the perfect time cuz the summer setting really melds well with the real world & it's heroines + protagonist are incredibly interesting so far!
I love how I'm playing AIR blind off the expectation that its routes would be like Kanon's cuz I finished (?) Misuzu's route but there's tons of missing CG in her gallery + lots left lingering. I think this is cooking up something big & I'm pumped to see what's brewing! #BaustAir
Been working on a biggish scan of a thing F&C fans will appreciate that I'll probably have uploaded by the weekend. Stay tuned! 👀
Here is a very important still frame of Adam Sessler next to the art book of Studio Mebius' "SNOW".
X-Play's "Big in Japan" episode is extremely funny to watch now as an adult who engages with a lot of bishoujo games, especially the part where they talk about them...
The intro is completely omitted in the remake, which is a shame. Instead, it's kinda (?) spliced into the company logo to title screen transition when you turn the game on...
There are so many incredible things about the intro to the PC-98/Win version of "YU-NO" but one of my favorite details is that a piece of the Elf logo in the beginning gets superimposed into the scene on the base of a lamp!

Key's heroines always get a tight grip on me fast. I've only known you for a few minutes but I'm gonna protect that smile, Misuzu!
I'm finally starting AIR! I know people love this one, but I actually don't know much about its content except: -"Gao" -Dinosaurs? -People will breathe air I won't share spoilers but mute #BaustAir if you want out! I'm so ready for another one of Key's wild rides! Here we go!
In the meantime, a fan translation for the PC-98 version of Dengeki Nurse has also released! romhack.ing/database/con... The Steam version will be based on this translation.
FAKKU will be releasing the classic Cocktail Soft developed PC-98 ADV "Dengeki Nurse" on Steam with a first-time English translation. Store page: store.steampowered.com/app/4871590/...
Thinking about how Heaven Burns Red's best girl makes a dial-up internet connection sound when she's stressed. I really miss playing this game...
A sketch of the "Megami" staff room during the development of the 2003 ADV "Kuwai na Shock!" included on the bonus disc of the game's first edition. The drawing's described as being far simpler than the real room which was far more spacious.
Today's Game Vecanti post is actually the first time I've scanned the same art twice! My first scan of this was posted on 7/1/2020 & the second on 7/1/2026. Even after all this time, I still feel like an amateur scanner, but it's cool to see improvement like this side by side!
