We have a similar issue with live mouse “gifts”. We have a humane mouse trap from *mazon. Cut up grapes tempt hungry mouse guests into the tunnel over night. Last used here last night … successfully!

#Malham cove today in the sunshine.

Sunny Day, and in the middle of the photo Malham cove which is a vertical rock of about 300 feet high, an ancient waterfall without the water.

Gorgeous old house but isn’t there always a bin.

Old Yorkshire house with very wide chimney flue (possibly wide enough for an inglenook) on the outside of the wall. It’s absolutely beautiful all in grey stone but there’s a bright blue wheelie bin out the front I didn’t notice when I took the photo.

Stone wall stile with a surprise beck flowing under the wall. Mind where you’re putting your foot on the last step down!

Plenty of stone stiles in today’s walk from Giggleswick towards Austwick and then up the bridal way and over the fields towards Feizor and down past little Stainforth before home.

One of each colour twin #lambs (or maybe she’s babysitting).

A hybrid sheep (with some Swaledale but no horns) has a little black lamb cuddled up on her left and a little white lamb cuddled up on her right. The field is very green and the sun is shining.

Massive stone, tiny bridge, no troll reported. #Austwick

Bright green spring grass and blue sky, and a beck (stream if you’re more Anglo Saxon) running from the right into the middle background. There’s a very very large flat piece of stone acting as a bridge across the beck.

Off and NO? 😊 #SteamTrain #Locomotion museum.

A turn handle on a very large locomotive. It’s solid unpainted steel and about the size of a large dinner plate. At the top it says OFF and has an arrow pointing left. At the bottom (reading left to right) it says NO because it’s ON but upside down, and also points left.

Another #HS2 building works #powercut for #Kenilworth this morning. If it occurred when they moved us over to the generator there’ll be another one in about an hour. No point resetting all the clocks just yet. Don’t worry #HS2, access to broadband at home isn’t very important…
