Finally had the time to finish Life After Cars. It covered a lot of material I was already very familiar with, but packaged it in the most accessible way I’ve seen yet. And the ending made me cry. I needed that pep talk.

We bought Cindy a new bike this year too and it’s very similar and hits the same notes, but technically it’s a cyclocross bike, Canyon Inflite CF
Sometime last fall I decided to become obsessed with biking again (loved mountain biking in my teens). Bike Month this year is hitting different. Today I rode out to Sugar Hollow and back.
Rode my e-bike to the transit yard to unpackage a modular pump track. Beginning installation in McIntire Park later today. Bike Month starts early this year.
