Help me not to shrink in the face of doubt that was never placed on the person standing next to me. Remind me that my capacity is not determined by someone else’s limited imagination. And for those who question without examining their own assumptions, soften their vision so they might one day see the weight of the uneven scale they have grown so comfortable standing beside. Amen.
