Summer stuffed shells. Shells filled with ricotta, parm, corn and basil. Topped with sautéed zucchini,bechamel with lots of parm. Serving with chopped baby plum tomatoes mixed with basil and balsamic 🍝🍽️

I had leftover corn on the cob…so I made a Veracruz style fresh corn cake. I’m going to drizzle some Crema on it when I have myself a piece tonight 🍰🍽️

Was thinking of my grandma today so I made some vanilla rum custard 🍮. Topped with a little bit of Demerara sugar.. could of browned a little more but it’s a food memory ✨🍽️

So I have a bag of garlic 🧄 and shallots. Yesterday I saw this huge thing of jarlic for like $6.50 and here it is. I’ve got a couple problems… worrying that there will never be garlic again and my mom and grandma are looking down on me and wondering what I have done 🤷🏼‍♀️🍽️

The easiest app ever. The phyllo shells are the best. The last of the baby plums and basil from my garden . Fresh mozzarella,balsamic, onion and garlic. Bake and balsamic glaze 🍽️

I’m reading this book and it’s so good!! I’m going to get more books and read them too. If I keep doomscrolling 🤷🏼‍♀️ maybe my 🤯.Or I’ll stroke out before well some other person will 🙏🏽

Been sick. Finally got some energy back. Made a new recipe for sour dough sandwich bread… never heard of tangzhong ( milk and water heated till it’s a paste) we’ll see🤷🏼‍♀️. used up some apples and made a Lithuanian apple cake my husband asked for 🍎🍞🍽️
