After journaling, lI went for a final walk on the beach south of San Diego before we broke camp to start heading back home and saw these little birds skittering all over the place. I couldn’t help but laugh and think - they look like my thoughts feel after too much caffeine☕️ or sensory inputs :)

In early 2026, a report researched how connected Americans felt. Over half did not feel connected. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙥𝙤𝙧𝙩 𝙞𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙛𝙞𝙚𝙨 6 𝙥𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣. Third Place struck me: not home or work, but somewhere you feel comfortable. Turns out coffee shop around the corner is my Third place. buff.ly/7nNl39f
