I've never seen a squirrel with a dark head and back stripe like that before. 🤔 -E

This tan squirrel has a black head and a black stripe down its back. It also has a darker brown tail. I don't know if the white thing is something in its mouth or coloration.

A new neighbor moved in to my old apartment complex right before I left. She had a knee-high Y-shaped stick in a pot.

When I came back a month later to do some things around my old apartment, I found it full of long, beautiful green leaves and white flowers with yellow centers, almost like daffodils.

Last night I saw "Fairyland" on Xumo Comedy internet channel. It's not funny either, but it WAS an excellent view of the times right before the AIDS epidemic. A single gay father is raising his daughter in San Francisco (based on her book). Highly recommend. Not soul crushing. 🙏 -E

If you get a chance, "The Last Movie Star" has been playing on Xumo Comedy internet channel lately. It's not funny, so I don't know why it's there. However, it is a very good movie about coming to terms with life choices. Highly recommend. Your soul will not be crushed, though. 🙏 -E

The newer translate option here on Bluesky is much worse than the old one, for me anyway. Often, I only understand half the message with no way to notify anybody to improve the results. 🤔💥 -E

I wasn't around much here yesterday because I was waiting for furniture to be delivered to my apt plus I was visiting with a neighbor by talking to her.😳 I present to you my new-to-me TV table. I christened it mine with a VCR DVD player previously owned by various members of my family. 👻 💕 -E

If you put a dented coin into any machine, you may lose the money you already inserted plus lock up the machine. Inspect your money and carry extras, in case the machine is just being temperamental for no reason.

The whole movie takes place in 1990. I think the crossover to the other place might be a sentient AI trying to make sense of its own reality. The walls, although wallpapered, have twists and turns that remind me of large rooms of data centers. A sentient AI may see its structure in the real world but interpret walls instead.

People who enter the created area might be viewed as spyware or worms, and the attacks are to cleanse the area. The strange people left behind might be AI hallucinations.

Seeing as it's now 2026, we are far too late.
