At the end of the not-very-charming Picton Street in Bellville lies a hidden gem called Hugo Lambrechts Music Centre. Its contains a most beautiful auditorium. But more than this a wonderful school with fabulous staff. This past week they held the Internatonal Clarinet Festival and Competition.
