I would say Lucy is one of Fairy Tail’s strongest wizards. Prolly not top 10, but she is up there. She can hold it down on her own. And this scene is one of my fav scene from the anime. They just need to stop making her clothes disintegrate every time she uses a powerful spell.

Controversial take, but Mew is stronger than Mew. Mind you Mew went toe to toe with Mewtwo while thinking they were playing volleyball. Sent shots back twice as strong back to mewtwo. Can transform into any pokemon. So strong he had scientist and researcher trying to duplicate him.
