I've now beaten the game with all medals. Rhythm Heaven Groove is a really good game. I think it's a return to form after Megamix and is absolutely worthy of being in the conversation with the classic games. Probably my third fav RH game behind GBA and Fever. (Final tierlist flagged for spoilers)

I think the scoring is not scaling up in strictness as much as would like. During stage 11 I started just continuing to play a level until I'm personally happy with how I did and I'm having a lot more fun now

6 stages into Rhythm Heaven Groove this is my tierlist so far. I'm relieved that despite the kinda rough inconsistent art direction, this game still largely retains the series's charm. I didn't struggle with any of the games until the last 2 of stage 6 so I'm hoping it continues to get harder
