Have you seen the results you can get from something like the Seestar S30 Pro? Very impressive for something so small. Again - multiple images, and occasionally, over multiple nights.
Oh, the blessed memories of old. Maybe I'll replay these with a modern stick instead.
Looks like it started life as a 'road/urban' tyre which doesn't have too much life to begin with.
That one is a radiator wrench if I'm not mistaken. I have a 4-way version for its versatility.
Here's an image of my computer room rack (with identifiers removed). Quite proud of it.
Copied it into a private window, and it still fails for me. Using Vivaldi - may try Edge in a moment. I see this prior to the failure - maybe related?

Better still, it takes many photos and stacks them to create a better image with less noise. Like this (not mine - yet):
First light with the Seestar S30 Pro - and it's of the Sun no less. Couple of sunspots seen - not much detail on these sadly. Tonight will be the real test. Going to be lining up the Milky Way. 😁
Got one of these. Now I just need these blessed clouds to do one and leave. Then the stars are the limit. Looking forward to first light.
Curiously, because Thunderbolt superceded Firewire, it technically is. 😁 en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Thunder...
