It's just the virtual keyboard for me! There's also a standard Hebrew QWERTY layout that maps over an English keyboard. I learned the layout as a kid but have since forgotten it. I believe the modifier keys are used for additional characters and diacritics.
Aw, crap, I guess I should unfollow. Just kidding. Also, thanks for that latest review. It took me ~15 years to start dealing with my experience in a remotely healthy way. I hope games like that, as well as reviews like yours, can help reduce the stigma and get people to seek help sooner.
