This article calls out something interesting about the C-22 debacle. C-22 makes clear that no encryption back-doors should be in place, and it seems like the liberal ministers and law enforcement "just" want to be able to make secret metadata and data retention orders.

agreed - the idea-as-implemented isn't sufficient for most creative workflows, though. "You can just store your architectural diagrams in markdown in git and make them available via RSS with a custom diff algorithm. Collaboration problem solved!"

It is very upsetting that Björk's Post was released 30 years ago. Brb, dusting off my Discman so that my music player doesn't share these sorts of "fun facts" going forward. (Mine was a D-145, but damn, the original D-50 looks sick as hell!)
