You could say that after finishing DK Bananza earlier this year I went a little, well, bananas for Donkey Kong.
The Genesis ones were cool, but pre-we hate our players PlayStation speaks to me more. I need to find the MGS one.
Society has not really evolved since Capcom said hey, lets turn Minnie Mouse into Nathan Spencer for a series of levels.
Well. I’m glad I did this weird double feature last Saturday because Gail Daughtry is out of our theatre already.
2 @pnpgames.bsky.social games orders over the past few days. Classics and contemporary favourites like the latest from @digitaleclipse.bsky.social and possibly my 2025 GOTY from @playtonicgames.com
My problem with Mischief Makers is not enough people have easy, hassle free access to Mischief Makers.
The head quarters of comic book video games. So many of these would be lost media save for physical releases. Including a Justice League game that only came out a few years ago.
When I was starting my comic book game website back in 2012 and building my library, a friend who was working at a game store took this in with a bulk trade and put it at $0 and just gave it to me.
Ironic, Tony. Try to rid the world of Blockbuster, and you gave it its best one ever.
Saw this on FB. @victorlucas.bsky.social is way too nice to tell a mom to shut up.
LEGO Dimensions is a rarity in that it reflects her short lived stint as a Red Lantern. Her minifigure is the only lantern character in the game. Also the only DC character I don’t own.
The same with Mystical Ninja starring Goemon. I had maybe rented the SNES game once, but the N64 game was Zelda months before Zelda.
That being said, with a library so small, you tried everything. For example, I went to my local video store and rented Mischief Makers knowing nothing about it and loved it.
30 years old, at least in Japan. I have a complicated relationship with the N64. The Analogue 3D is maybe my most played console this year. As a kid with no real friends and just that console in the 90s though, it was hard because software was so spread out. But, when the hits came, they HIT.
I’m not good at rhythm games, but I struggled at this on PS5 and did it first try on PSP so I feel there must be some I put lag. The nub does feel better for making sharper turns.
I did my part. But, man, I finished this on PSP back in 2007 and now I’m struggling with the 3rd song.
I haven’t worn a watch in forever so heck, why not get this Mega Man themed watch with a Garbo port of Megs Man 2.
DK Challenges are up. So this year on top of finishing Bananza, I’ve beaten DKC 1-3 on GBA, GBC and have 3 ready to go on my Polymega. I played through Land 1-3 on my pocket and 64 on my Analogue 3D.
