I had a great time helping host students from the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation Boys & Girls Club on their visit to KU! 🌱 I walked them through the Wagner Lab and shared what I do day-to-day. We talked about plant–microbe interactions, what it's like to be a researcher, & careers in plant science.
Fun Sunday afternoon with the Kansas Postdoctoral Outreach Project (K-POP)! This month,we highlighted principles uncovered by past researchers (Mendel, Curie, Darwin, etc) showcasing how today’s scientists use those principles to better understand the world around us. My station: oxygen and ozone.
