I’m using an electric hot stirring plate in my kitchen. It’s only slightly more sophisticated than a candle warmer, but it did make the process so much easier because I didn’t have to sit there stirring the alcohol tincture. Putting the candy thermometer in there didn’t work.

Mine are coming in too!! There are so many of them. The first time I grew them a few years ago, I didn’t realize they needed support and direct sunlight. I ended up with these tiny peppers and all told I harvested 5 of them total. 🤦‍♀️ This year is going a lot better!
