I harnessed some of my nervous "waiting-for-fursuit-delivery" energy to finally fix the janky jack on my Tele, and replace it with a surface plate instead of the stupid cup thing. Could be straighter, but so could the player, so it's ok.

Yeah I totally know what you mean. And I usually have my hand kinda sitting on the bridge, so it's super comfortable having the bridge shifted forward a little bit. My franken-Jag has also has that offset feel, plus the short scale to fit my little tiny hands.
