Attended my first sweat lodge of my life this evening. A snippet of a review of the experience that I was sharing with friends:
Sat and quietly judged the ~50% turnout of our MPPs as the OFL’s petition to protect LGBTQIA+ rights in Ontario was officially entered into the record. Parliamentary process is dreary affair.
Not the perfect politics quiz - some of the questions are more worthy of a discussion rather than an agree-disagree spectrum - but I have to admit that the result is close enough to be interesting. findmypolitics.com

COVID vaccine #8 acquired! 💉Flu vaccine as well, but they don’t give me a fancy receipt for that. Almost entirely by luck of the draw, all 8 doses have been Moderna’s formulation, so if they want to hit me up I’ve accidentally been a human trial for them for 5 years! #FluSeason #GetYourShots
My brother’s dog, but he gets cute points here because he’s giving me side-eye for daring to put him on a leash in his own backyard. He’s as old as the hills, he thinks he’s earned the right to run about freely and cause chaos at his age! 🥰
Some weeks must simply be trod upon. (Please ignore my Friday which largely consisted of me laying on my back, bemoaning my decision to walk 20km the day before. Surely tomorrow will be different!)

Found myself with a few extra bucks, trying to help where I can 🫶 (Someone let me know if my piss-poor markup job fails at hiding the information I intended to occlude!) Community comes in countless forms, and it is something we must endeavour to strengthen over the coming months.
