Finished an audiobook today, Molly Jong-Fast's "How To Lose Your Mother: A Daughter's Memoir." Since my memoir is covering similar terrain—parent with dementia—I figured I'd give it a listen. Good stuff. Really grueling at points but good.
Yeah, I worked at Tiger Beat/Teen Beat (as a copy editor) in 2001, at the height of the Boy Band epidemic, and celebrities were the least interesting part of my job.
