80 years ago today, my parents were married. Mom wore the blue dress that was only for special occasions, Dad borrowed an ill-fitting suit from a friend. There were no guests. Dad's brother and sister were the witnesses. A simple ceremony for a marriage that endured 60 years. Happy Anniversary ♥️.
We set a new record for rainfall for the month of June. Now we just had a thunderstorm with torrential rain. The sewers on my street just said, "fuck this, we quit." Even the sidewalk and grass on my side are under water.

On Tuesday, it was 22 Celsius (73 F). I wore shorts and a tank top. Today, it's -4 Celsius (24 F) and snowing. It's almost May. At this point, winter is just straight up mocking us. What an asshole.

Today would have been my Dad's 98th birthday. He was actually a leap year baby, born February 29, 1928. This photo was taken while he was fighting in the Korean War. He's the shorty on the right. Happy birthday, Daddy. Love ya for all eternity. ♥️
