Had a great time walking the Foss Fairy Trail in York a couple of weeks ago.
It’s a birthday cake gift tag for his presents and I’m proud of myself for finishing it.
Another picture of a tree after another trip to York. This time it’s a Willow along the Foss Fairy Trail
I love magnolias so had to take a quick picture of one I spotted on my walk in the sun the other day.
Just checking up on the progress of my referral to see someone about suspected endometriosis and do I laugh or cry?
Whilst we’re talking about books I received my copy of Bluesky Recipes For Difficult Days by @professor-dave.bsky.social today. Life has been quite difficult recently and I’m determined to carry on my journey of learning to not only cook but to find joy in it.
First attempt a punch needle done. Far from perfect but happy I finished it 🌼
This poster at the pottery place I went to made me smile so sharing it here
I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t reread Love in Colour by Bolu Babalola at least once a year
The Split by Laura Kay was very therapeutic the first time I read it so I reread it this year
I read ‘there are more things’ by Yara Rodrigues Fowler for a book club I joined and loved it
Kaikeyi by Vaishnavi Patel instantly became one of my all time favourites
