Definitely found The Sweet spot for v4.1. I didn't sprinkle it with garlic powder before cooking or pour the rest of the marinade over it. Instead I used maple syrup and the sweetness balances out the jalapeno teriyaki. Absolutely delicious!
Update for v4.0: the added marbling is absolutely amazing. It absorbs the flavor and melts in your mouth
It's been a while but finally made beef jerky version 4.0! Main differences: - addition of Ginger and Tsunami's jalapeno teriyaki sauce - we purchased some beef chuck roll whole and portioned it into steaks and scraps were used for beef jerky Marbling looks amazing but we'll see how it tastes!
