Brief comment:

Requiring warnings for TV, movies, and other media is a huge government overreach. Not only does it curtail the first ammendment rights of queer people, but it is also impractical and ineffective. Are aliens in a sci-fi movie queer because their species reproduces asexually? Is a movie showing off Arnold Swartzenegor's muscles queer, because swole guys primarily show off muscles for the male gaze? Is game of thrones queer because one character takes on the persona of other characters, including those with different genders? Be serious, there is no way to evaluate or enforce this. Instead, if individuals or parents would like to know if a TV show contains lgbtq content they can simply wait for the reviews and online commentary and then make the decision that's right for them. They should take on that personal responsibility, instead of outsourcing it to government overreach.
