My local library has new bike racks and they’re pretty nice! They even have a rubber strip on the outside so they won’t scratch your bike!
Spotted on my ride today. Both are in front of schools. Way to encourage those kids to walk and bike to school. 🙃
My local city councilmember rode an e-bike in our 4th of July parade instead of riding in a car and we decorated our bikes and rode along! We were a big hit! Turns out you can interact with constituents a lot better on a bike than you can rolling by in a car!
Saw my first cricket match yesterday at Fairplex in Pomona, which has a new cricket pitch in preparation for the Olympics. Fun vibe hanging out amongst SoCal’s vibrant and diverse South Asian community and let me just say immigrants make America great.

Local paper in Torrance, CA uses picture of a bike bus(!) to illustrate a story about a local crackdown on e-bikes. The ignorance of local leaders, media, and law enforcement about the basic differences between bikes/e-bikes/e-motorcycles is troubling.
