I was inspired to draw that Dot after being in a hotel with only a 3ds and #Pokemon art academy, this was the initial version I made there. She’s very cute!

Dot Pokemon in her pre-timeskip design. You can’t see her eyes because her hair is covering them, but she is smiling and looking back at you. There are shining stars around her for some reason, and there is the date 5/13/24 on the left side of the screen.

A Super #Metroid and #Pokemon crossover drawing I did a while back as a birthday gift for a close friend. One day I may return to it to color and give the background, but it was just so daunting at the time, I didn’t know where to start! I don’t feel like I could do it justice currently.

Kraid’s room from Super Metroid, but instead of Kraid, it’s a giant Snorlax. Samus is on the top platform dodging Nanab berries instead of kraid’s Fingernail attack. The background is gray as there was no attempt to color anything in.

Golden Pokemon X and Y 3DS XL system. It’s gold on both sides, has a silhouette of Xerneas on the top alongside a forest of trees, and Yveltal on the bottom alongside a bunch of clouds. Both sides have the Gen 6 starters sprinkled in.

Here are some attempts that I made at the pose last week, alongside a rough sketch. Kinda cool to see my thought process as I went down the page, so I wanted to share. I couldn’t figure out how to draw her head given the angle of the straw and cup; still not sure it makes sense in the final pic.

I used to have a madcatz drawer case for my DSi, but I got rid of it because it had soaked up so much hand gunk that it was miscolored and degraded over time. I regret throwing it away though, they are so hard to find now... but I did find one for my XL! Too bad it doesn't leave the house, lol

Current game rotation! Not my favorite set of games to be going though, I’m not really enjoying metaphor all that much and Asha has turned into quite the slog in the second half. Ranger so far has been neat though!

For reference, here is a portable and docked screenshot I took myself with phone and capture card respectively:

Xenoblade X Definitive Edition Switch 2 Edition running in portable mode on version 2.0. Objects in the distance are very smeared and oiley as a result of over reliance on certain graphical techniques that I’ve been told have to do with anti aliasing.

The same as the first image, but in docked. Objects in distance are much crisper and while the artifacts are still somewhat there, it’s much less noticeable.

I have yet to find a place for the grimlin to go alone, but she and may have a nice place on my laptop. I bought these (and a handful of others from the redbubble store) years ago

Bridget sticker from the original post not sticking to anything yet, however there is a Bridget and May riding May’s dolphin sticker from the same artist stuck on a laptop next to the Bridget solo sticker (again, unstuck). Both stickers are surrounded by various other stickers, mostly pokemon.

I always really loved that edition, but couldn’t justify it lol. I kinda stay away from special edition consoles now, but here are some of my favorites in my collection!

I replaced my switch 1 battery on my own a while ago (it got really puffy), definitely do not recommend it lol

Switch 1 battery outside of switch 1 (in a plastic bag because I was scared it would catch on fire, and I thought that would help for some reason [it did not catch on fire!])

The sketchy setup with a straw putting isopropyl under the battery, with prying picks underneath the battery in various locations. do not recommend!!!

I don’t think bsky compression will let it be visible, but it’s on the black rim under the top screen. Either way this 3ds is my original n3ds xl, I’ve had to replace the button pads underneath the face buttons with replacement parts (not as good unfortunately) as I wore out the a button lol
