Ashelin from Jak is a character I want to write a fanfic for- Well, I actually even started one which involved her and Keira. Need to finish that one eventually, too...
Yeah, I recall how my very first playthrough of #FinalFantasyVIII ended up abandoned because I couldnt find the ship of the white SEEDS. Years later, a second playthrough was more successful and I could finally go further and beat the game.
watching someone stream #InStarsAndTime and I forgot how incredibly endearing and cute the game and its characters are. Such an endearing cast!
The soldiers of the Fire Nation from #ATLA have an immaculate design. Another case of "evil empire" having a design that immediately screams "evil as fxck" and, unfortunately, looks very, very cool.
I respect the original #Digimon series for including 2 kids with divorced parents, each kid living with a different parent- Not just a rarity in japanese media, but generally, sth you rly don't see often. Especially how neither parent are rly shown to be in the wrong, just 2 adults who fell apart.
Seriously, I need to say that Deathstroke's hair in the new Superman cartoon makes me always think that's a butch lesbian instead. That's so irritating to me.
The next chapter of my #DeadOrAlive project is coming out- Helena tries to have a nice vacation, but instead finds her match in Christie, who started her own offensive! Have fun and enjoy the heat! archiveofourown.org/works/874278...
EWWW. Like, what the fuck kinda attitude is that. You(the male writer) could've just go "Oh, you clearly put thoughts into your worldbuilding, I hope you'll enjoy my own worldbuilding in my work!" But nope, need to make it a dick measuring contest, smh.
Characters having casually red eyes is a design detail I love.
The 7 colored Flowers from #Deltarune actually reminded me how fun a villain group can be in a story- Different characters interacting and completing each other(w/o unnecessarily antagonizing against each other, a mistake that sometimes happen bc "villains must hate each other bc they're villains").
Seen interesting theories about the "man behind the tree" in #Deltarune, with some theorize it could've been Kris' therapist or piano teacher In comparison, my vanilla ass assumes it might've been their father who left em behind in a forest Being adopted by Dreemurs Kris must had a human family b4
Finished volume 5 of #TheExecutionerAndHerWayOfLife. It's an isekai #lightnovel I like a lot, despite its flaws. Not just bc it's #yuri, it's its world building & magic system, which makes it so appealing. Isekai'd people are a threat to this world, bc gain special powers when they enter this world.
That's probably my favourite line of the entirety of #Undertale- Just because it perfectly encapsulates the pacifist route in the most wholesome way. How you've declined to commit to violence, and bonded with all the monsters instead.
There's sth funny how I keep being surprised how big chested the #DeadOrAlive cast is, bc I am so used to "fan cotent" exaggerate proportions- But no, they are also busty in-game, and their boobs do bounce. The developers knew what they wanted from these women.
Personal opinion of mine, 2 of the best design archetypes in fiction are Jesters and Plague Doctors. Can't go wrong giving being inspired by them when making your villain.
One of my favourite tropes in games, is the salesman/merchant who has something (ominous) going on.
I am not touching the shipping debates around #Deltarune, but I did read a headcanon how Noelle was Kris' previous crush, and Susie is their current crush, & so they watch their 2 crushes getting together- And I do like that reading, mainly because it sounds like juicy drama, and I do live for that.
Remember when everyone hated Twilight, or calling it gay despite it being aggressively hetero? It wasnt good or anything(personally the initial stuff was just boring) but the reason why ppl hated it was that its target audience were girls (while ignoring the ACTUAL problems with the story later on)
Low hanging fruit I know but MatPat & CinemaSins did influence how we tangle stories online for the worse Pretending that nitpicking counts as legit criticism or that lore is a substitute for plot & characters I don't blame them bc they clearly wanted just to entertain but ppl took the wrong lessons
Dedicate this post to the two great takes of #Storm from the #XMen from #MarvelTokon and #MarvelRivals. They both did great jobs desiging her, but beautiful and stunning!
Researching about fashion and beachwear is a nightmare if you have a specific idea and mind, but realize how lacking your knowledge is in that regard. 😵
Summer is here, and I bring you a new smutty #fanfiction! This time bringing you the heat with the hot ladies of #DeadOrAlive in bikinis on an island! I'll try deliver even more fun with different DoA women over the next months! Have fun! archiveofourown.org/works/87427841
havent posted shit on Ao3 so long, I've forgot how it was done again whoops
Oh yeah, that makes it even worse I already hear Kinkymation's triangle ring for this one, lol
Finished chapter 5 of #Deltarune in a single 10 hour session- Probably the prettiest chapter visually. The new characters were both likeable and funny. Final boss of the chapter was both difficult and fun. I did enjoy the development for Asgore and Ralsei, but kinda missed something spicy.
Deltarune Chapter 5: *Comes out in 20 minutes* Me: *Researches quickly how you put on/and take off a cheonsam dress*
#Spiderman isnt allowed to be married, or divorced or have a child. That would make him old, so #Marvel tries to keep the idea of a young Peter, despite we've got Miles for this role. Do they think this is genuinely better, or do they try to bait audiences with the hint of change for the better?
Oh yeah, I've also tested the demo for Lovely Hellplace's next game #Entropy- Character "creation" included also the third gender with a relatable summary.
