The Red Hand Tshirt Company, an unambiguously far right company, whose director is listed as Sarah Clare Taylor at a Covent Garden address, has deleted the original post on their instagram that showed the "Expats 1066" lads posing with an NI mashup of the Nordic Cross flag for Normandy.
Trimmed version of the group photo so nobody thinks the 8 year looking kid is a French Nazi.

Don't have names yet. A small group of photogs I was with called by Sandy Row bonfire on the way home last night and some kind of nasty interaction took place with the French lads which prompted us having to make a swift exit.

Spoke to the mother of Courtney McNiven today, who died at the age of 24. Her mother put up this tribute to her at the site of Sandy Row bonfire as Courtney had been coming over to Belfast for the Twelfth since she was 15. She said she hopes it inspires people to think about their mental health.

The light visible in this is the head torch of the guy who scrambled up the bonfire, sheltered in place while a shitload of fireworks went off then lit it and scrambled back down at an absolutely wild pace.
Site has been cleared. Fireworks due at 23:30 It goes up at midnight
Final height of the Village bonfire. Was told the whole site will be cleared at 11pm to make sure it's safe before lighting it.

Still alive. Similar NIFRS presence this year but a smaller bonfire so it collapsed and burned down quickly. Got a very nice burger from a fancy burger van.

They will need to be strategic in where they light it given how tall it is, when it topples it's going to chuck a fair amount of heat towards a variety of things that could do with out it. Including a substation used by the hospital on the north side of the site.
