If a path goes across a field, farmers often put an electric fence around the perimeter with a part that can be disconnected (see pic) or with pieces of plastic pipe over the parts by the stiles/kissing gates so people can step over. It's a sensible solution IME. #TheArchers

It's very tricky as neither house can be clearly seen from the road. Several sites say it was filmed at Tilly Farm, but others say his Regency era property, which Tilly Farm isn't, but his other house is 🤷‍♀️. Fwiw that looks more like his other house. Maybe they used both.

Blinkin' rabbits in the garden are completely shameless this year. Young ones I think. There are at least 3, but I only managed to get 2 in the photo.

Last bits removed from flat & cleaning done today. Something I will miss about the flat is the view from the balcony, even if it it is currently partly of a large building site. Their new house is on a modern estate with a view of other houses.

The only thing I can find is this, a listener comment from 2016 on an archived page, replying to an apparently deleted blog. So it could be speculation. Apparently the £15 million figure also appeared in the Telegraph (paywall) but that was also just someone'scalculation. #TheArchers
